All warranty claims must be submitted using the form below. Please select “Warranty Claim” as the subject. Once submitted, our system will log a support ticket and an email will be sent to you with a RMA Form. This form must be filled out and returned to us via email. Once approved, include the completed form inside your package before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
For returns or exchanges, please fill out the form below and select either “Return Request” or “Exchange Request”. Your request will create a ticket in our system. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a returns form to complete and return. Once approved, include the completed form inside your package before shipping. All returns must comply with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Do not send products back without written approval.
All returns and warranty items must be pre-approved and include the correct forms inside the package.
Support Form
All other enquiries, including support and warranty service, must be lodged through the form below. This will create a ticket in our system and be assigned to the most appropriate staff member to assist with your enquiry.
Technical Support Bookings
Our Technical Support Sessions provide you with direct access to our head technician for a detailed phone consultation. These sessions are designed to help you confirm whether your chosen components work together, check cable sizing, fuse ratings, and system design, and answer technical questions before or after your installation.
Please note this is a paid advice service and does not include remote login to your VRM portal or system programming. Each session is 1 hour, charged at $150, and ensures you get tailored technical guidance for your setup.
Remote Programming Bookings
Our Remote Programming Sessions give you direct access to Ryan, our head technician, who will log in via the Victron VRM Portal to configure and program your system. This includes programming components to your battery specifications, adjusting advanced settings, and ensuring all devices are communicating correctly.
These sessions are designed for customers who want expert-level programming and peace of mind that their system is set up correctly. Each booking covers a 1-hour session and is charged at $300. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how Ryan will connect to your system remotely.
