Refund Policy

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Your item will incur a restocking fee of $45.00 and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • A refund can not be given whilst products have left our store and are in transit.
  • Cancellation of product after purchase will incur the transaction fee from shopify which Energy Eco paid when your order was made. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Return To Sender

If your parcel is returned to sender due to issues upon delivery the consumer fits the cost of the initial shipment costs which were incurred by Energy Eco. The consumer can either lodge for a refund for the amount that the products cost the consumer less the cost of the shipping fee. Energy Eco does not accept any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of goods which have not been insured.

Warranty Claims

ALL requests for warranty or service MUST be lodged via info@energyeco.com.au Goods that are covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty will be eligible for a replacement or repair, at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Freight Damage and Lost parcels

Shipping insurance is an option at checkout. If shipping insurance has been purchased for your shipment, the insurance covers loss, theft, or damage during shipping. Freight damage claims must be lodged within 24 hours of receiving goods. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all goods within this time period. We will not accept any claims outside of this time period nor will Energy Eco accept any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of goods which have not been insured.
